Twisting section :
- full options computerized twisting machines
- our machines automatically adjusts turns/meter to reach 1000 to 1200 t/m and twisting from 250 to 1500 suitable for weaving
Winding for dyeing :
the factory is equipped with the latest and most sophisticated soft - winding machines
having the ability to wind all types of yarn and detect the optimum density for 100% R.F.T dyeing
- the capacity of hard-winding is up to 7 tons/day
Dying
Dying section :
- dying section is equipped with a sophisticated yarn dyeing and color testing systems divided into 4 production lines equipped with full options computerized control system and provided with 12 variable programs for alkali dyestuff and auxiliaries
- our dyestuffs are supplied by top manufactures characterized by
- high fastness
- environment safety
- good reproducibility
- we use top quality dryer to resolve conventional drying system problems preventing the photo sensitivity of dyes and keeping the shades of the colors
Weaving
Weaving department consisting of 3 sections :
the first section is terry looms divided into the following :
1- repair looms ( smit ) with electronic jacquard double and jumbo from bonas and stubble
2- jet looms with electronic jumbo jacquard stubli and bonas with dobby
the second section includes jacquard flat machines producing bathrooms and towels
the third section has electronic air jet machines producing kitchen towels
Finishing
- We have two automatically complete lines for sectional and cross hemming and also a complete unit for packing
- Three lines for shearing and polishing with micro processor control producing delicate smooth fine touch velour terry towels quality
- Storage area where we hold all items ready for shipment
Embroidery design
We have design catalogs continuously updated allowing us to incorporate the finest graphics into our products so we produce about 200 to 250 models per year
Automatic hemming
Automatic hemming department :
sophisticated line divided into two stages :
- long hemming up to 2000 pcs/hr
- cross hemming up to 1800 pcs/hr
at this stage we add the bar code and the label automatically
